    FOUNDER

    Julian has a 30-year track record as an entrepreneur, recognising market opportunities, investing in company startups and driving sales, resulting in lucrative operations as well as profitable exits. For the past 8 years Julian had skilfully acquired premium land assets in Flores and has been instrumental in activating the real estate market in the region. His foresight led ALS to hold some of the best land parcels which are earmarked for future developments. His time in Flores has given Julian an unparalleled understanding of the Flores market and cultivated invaluable relationships which won him much respect from the local community. His passion for design and architecture continues to drive him to venture into responsible developments

  • DAVID ERTLE

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    An accomplished business leader, David’s 30-year career spanned across multiple industries. Since making partner at PwC, David has founded and sold businesses, provided consulting expertise to MNCs and lauded as an entrepreneur, business leader and catalyst. Since coming on board ALS in 2014, David has provided corporate oversight and guidance in strategic development and managing good returns. He is tasked to reposition the company for long term growth, and building the team to take it forward. His tenacity, work ethics and proactive leadership continues to power his success at ALS.
